                               A  REAL STORY OF A BRAVE AND POWERFUL WARRIOR!!

I am going to tell you a  real and adventurous story of a stone which is  present in the high mountains of Sonebhadra  [U.P], it is the story of “VEER LORIK STONE” or called as “VEER LORIK PATHER” . It is not an ordinary stone among the big mountains, but it is the symbol of ‘Bravery’ and  ‘Strength’ .It was an ordinary stone until a Brave warrior cut it into two pieces and now it is the tourist spot in the district of sonebhadra.

It is believed that  in  5^th century, there was a warrior named “VEER LORIK” , who was not only a Brave but also an extremely  powerful  man  , once he was going by that way to his home with his queen named “DEVI  MANJERA”, the queen ask him to show how powerful he is, in front of her  . Then the king Veer  for  the proof , he saw a GIANT  STONE in front of him , then he took out his strong  SWORD named “BIJURIAA” and smash that giant stone into two pieces , and the queen was  surprised  to see that, then ,she approved the powerful deed of the warrior , Veer and from that time onward that stone was  famous for the heroic and powerful  work of the warrior, Veer and named after him “VEER LORIK STONE”.

Those who come here ,must see this great Stone and remember that powerful warrior and his powerful sword . I am enclosing some pictures of that massive stone for you.
